Her background of owning four salons in Ohio, California and Washington, as well as 33 years as a stylist behind the chair and as a master educator for several manufacturers; awards her a unique understanding of what is required to make a hair dresser successful and a salon prosperous.

Diann is driven, motivated and excited by watching salons become profitable and grow and stylists become successful behind the chair due to amazing top notch education and and the use of technologically advanced products.

Today, her focus is bringing to the salons in the greater Northwest, healthy and safe professional products. She believes that every salon should have a “Green Section” that provides the stylist and the consumer with sustainable products.

“Over the Top” best describes Wendy Davidson. As the manager of order processing at the main Exclusive branch in Washington, Wendy is your number one contact for inside sales. Her background is in banking and customer relations which makes her a perfect fit for the job.

Wendy loves the one on one she has with the customers and challenges herself to have the right information when you walk into the showroom or call on the phone. If you have a need Wendy can’t fulfill she will immediately direct you to the right person and then follow up to see that you are satisfied. Now that is customer service.

“Charming and sincere” is how we describe Cynthia O’Bryant and manager of Exclusive’s newest showroom and training facility in Portland Oregon. After opening the first Exclusive branch in Coeur d’Alene Idaho where she successfully created a strong customer base, Exclusive knew her assets would be reflected again as an extraordinary Inside Sales Coach for the new Portland branch. She is no doubt one of the best multi-taskers and managers today; while treating every customer as if they were her only customer.
