Inside Sales Team
The Exclusive salon Products Inside Sales Team is available to help you place orders and answer questions about your order, inventory status, current promotions and even answer technical questions. The Inside sales Team is also available to answer your billing questions, quickly resolve discrepancies, and assist in all matters relating to your statement of account.

Monday-Thursday 9 am - 5 pm

Friday 9 am - 4 pm
Please note: We are closed for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day following, Christmas and New Year's Day

C.O.D. orders are charged $10.50/UPS, $9.00 Northwest in addition to all shipping charges
please note: Avoid C.O.D. charges by pre-paying with a credit card.


Return Policy

Best practices check list to prevent returns:

  1. Unpack your order immediately upon receipt

  2. Designate a person to check in and price products

  3. Check what you received against the invoice

  4. Notify us within 24 hours if you find discrepancies or damaged products


If a return is needed, please note our policy for returns:

  1. Store Credit Only - No cash refund

  2. All promotions and in house deals are final. no returns. no exchanges

  3. Any item returned within 30 days will incur no restock fee

  4. Any item returned between the 31st and 90 days will incur a 20% restock fee

  5. No returns after 90 days

  6. All items must be in resalable condition only exception-Defective Product

  7. Credits will be applied after item returns to warehouse or approved by management for credit

  8. No discontinued product or product in outdated packaging
